WOW 2 - for those of us who like to workout in the sunshine

So yesterday I had my two friends who are on a 3-month long road trip around the country ask me for some workouts that they could do while traveling. I figured I would share them with you all:) They are written for the outdoors .. so get outside and enjoy some sunshine while you get your sweat on!!

There are five different circuits .. you can pick and choose and do multiple for an added challenge... or if you are running low on time cut back on the number of rounds to fit your schedule :)

Circuit 1: 10 rounds

- ladder sprints (pick 3 different spots: 1 about 15 feet away, 1 at 30 feet, and 1 at 50 feet) touch the ground at each spot using good squatting form -- do 2 complete ladders

- 30 seconds mountain climbers

- 30 seconds plank jacks

- 20 squat jumps

- 20 burpees with a push-up

Circuit 2: 10 rounds

- find a hill! starting with 1 sprint up the hill

- at the bottom of the hill do 10 push-ups then 30 squat jacks

- then do 2 hill sprints

- at the bottom do 10 push-ups and 30 squat jacks

- then do 3 hill sprints

- repeat.. until you get to 10 sprints up the hill !!!

Circuit 3: 10 rounds

- 1 min high knees

- 1 min tuck jumps

- 1 min shuffle right to left touching the ground in between the change in directions

- 1 min burpees

Circuit 4: 10 rounds

- 1 min jumping jacks

- 1 min mountain climbers

- 1 min push-ups

- 1 min squat jumps

Circuit 5: 10 rounds

- 3 hill sprints

- 20 burpees at the bottom
